3. The Personal Data We Collect

  • Identity data: first name, last name and, if provided, title.
  • Contact data: billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number.
  • Order and transaction data: products bought, order value, order history, returns and refunds.
  • Payment data: payment method, payment status and transaction references. Your full card details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and are never stored on our servers.
  • Custom order data: body measurements and design preferences you give us for a custom jacket.
  • Communications data: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or our contact form.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system and pages visited.
  • Order source data: how you arrived at our website, for example the referring site, search engine or advert, and how many pages you viewed. If you place an order, this is saved with it (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Marketing data: your preferences for receiving marketing from us.

We do not collect special category data, such as health or ethnic origin, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

4. How We Collect Your Data

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We never sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with these recipients:

  • Payment provider: Stripe processes card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments and carries out fraud checks.
  • Our production and fulfilment partners: they receive your order details and, for custom orders, your measurements, so that they can make and pack your jacket.
  • Delivery carriers: DHL Express, FedEx and UPS receive your name, delivery address, email and phone number so they can deliver your order and clear customs.
  • Customs authorities: they receive the information required by law to import your parcel.
  • Email marketing: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), if you subscribe.
  • Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), if you choose to contact us by WhatsApp.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics and Google Ads, running in Google Consent Mode. For UK and EU visitors, no analytics or advertising cookies are set, and Google only receives cookieless signals used for aggregated reports.
  • Google Customer Reviews: if you opt in at checkout, we share your email address, order number, delivery country and estimated delivery date with Google, so that Google can email you a short survey about your purchase. You can opt out at any time.
  • Website hosting: WordPress and WooCommerce, hosted by Hostinger.
  • Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers and insurers) and authorities where the law requires it.

Every provider that processes data for us must keep it secure and use it only for our instructions.

7. International Transfers

Some of the partners listed above, including our production and fulfilment partners, carriers, Stripe, Google and Meta, may process your data outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area. When this happens, we make sure a lawful safeguard is in place. This may be an adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. 8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (for example the basket, checkout and payment security), cookies that remember your choices on the site, and first-party order attribution cookies that record how you found us. 9. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Order, payment and invoice records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as required by UK tax law.
  • Customer account: until you close it, then as needed for order records.
  • Custom measurements: 2 years after your last order, so we can make a repeat order, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Customer service messages: 2 years after the matter is resolved.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. We keep a suppression record so that we do not email you again.
  • Analytics data: aggregated reports only, kept for up to 14 months (Google Analytics setting).

After these periods, we securely delete or anonymise your data.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • access a copy of your personal data
  • correct inaccurate data
  • delete your data, where we have no legal reason to keep it
  • restrict or object to certain processing, including an absolute right to object to direct marketing
  • data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.

11. Security

Our whole website runs over an encrypted HTTPS (SSL/TLS) connection. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant providers, and access to personal data is restricted to people who need it. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the ICO and affected customers where the law requires.

12. Children

Our website is not aimed at children. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

13. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first and we will try to put it right. We acknowledge complaints within 30 days.
